Hardware agreement

This hardware agreement is between your business and Skyline Point Of Sale LLC. Equipment is loaned while the subscription is paid. There is no security deposit. Skyline does not publish a street address here. Notices and cancellation go to skyline.retail.pos@gmail.com.

You agree to sign electronically. The email copy is the record of what you signed. This agreement uses California law, and disputes are heard in Los Angeles County, California.

The plan renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel by emailing skyline.retail.pos@gmail.com. Skyline stops future monthly charges after the period already paid.

If you cancel, return all equipment in good condition, ordinary wear excepted, within 30 days. Skyline may charge the reasonable replacement cost of any missing or damaged unit, reduced for age. Read the Hardware Agreement.
